Gary Indech was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997, having graduated from the University of Windsor Law School and the University of Detroit-Mercy Law School with the Canadian and American joint law degree. Prior to attending law school, Gary received his Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Toronto and his Master of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
Since 2003, Gary has focused his law practice in Residential Real Estate law, Mortgage Refinancing law, Wills and Estates law and Estates Administration, receiving his training in a small Brampton law boutique and then in his own firm, Indech Law Chambers Professional Corporation in Milton. In May of 2018, Gary was recruited by Feltmate Delibato Heagle LLP and joined the firm as an associate lawyer in their Oakville office.
Although Gary specializes his practice in residential real estate, wills and estate planning, and estate administration, his expertise is in estate planning for seniors and the elderly, individuals with disabilities, individuals with corporate and business interests, and estate planning for people with complex family issues. Gary has received duel certification from the Osgoode Professional Development Centre, first in Elder Law in 2015 and then in Wills and Estate Planning in 2018.
Gary differentiates his law practice by offering his clients the added-value mobile service. Clients are most appreciative of the convenience of legal mobile service, especially when Gary meets them in their homes, hospitals, seniors’ residences and home-care facilities, and independent locations, anywhere in the GTA and beyond, on an appointment and needs basis.
Gary’s philosophy of legal practice is to treat all his clients with the highest level of courtesy, respect, integrity, honesty, patience and professionalism. He listens very carefully to his clients’ needs and devotes his full attention to advising and solving their legal issues as best as possible.
Gary married his wife, Ilana, in 2002 and they have two daughters, Shoshana and Yael.
