“The practice of law is all about reliable and efficient personal service. My objective is to develop a good, long-term working relationship with a client."
"I know that, for many people, meeting with a lawyer can be an intimidating experience. Often clients are going through difficult times, so I work hard to put people at ease. This starts with clearly setting out the likely steps involved in a particular matter, including the estimated costs."
"A lawyer cannot guarantee the outcome. However, once I am aware of a client’s desired result, I am in the enviable position of offering realistic expectations.”
