Lori K. Brown
Lori Brown was called to the Bar in 1988. Lori spent her first ten years as a lawyer concentrating on Wills and Estates in her practice. Lori then took the knowledge and expertise she had gained and joined a large Toronto trust company as a Wills and Estate Planning Consultant. This was followed by several more years as the Director of Tax and Estate Planning for a national life insurance company in their Oakville office.
Lori brings to our firm extensive knowledge and experience gained from her many years of estate planning with clients of all levels of wealth and varying circumstances. She assists her clients with everything from straightforward wills, to succession planning for small businesses, to family trusts, to insurance ownership issues and beneficiary designations.
"A client may be very wealthy or of more modest means, but all clients have circumstances particular to just them, and that is where I think I can make a difference. It may involve drafting a Will with very specific trust terms, or it may involve working together with their accountant and/or insurance advisor on a full estate plan that meets all of their requirements."
